  Awesome gym! Derek and the coaches know their stuff. They even purchased a 3D body scanner recently, so if you're a member, you can get free monthly scans. It takes maybe 5 minutes and you see results for body fat, muscle lbs, your body specifics, your posture, and even a rotational view of your entire body; it's awesome!! Check them out; I lost 18 lbs and 5 % body fat when I did their 6 week transformation challenge. - Tyler

  Riot is awesome I did the 6 week challenge and killed it. What I liked the most was I never went hungry once. The coaches really did their homework on the meals. I would recommend anyone to do their 6 week challenge. The programming is awesome as well. I loved how they hit different parts of the body through the week. If you are looking for a CROSSFIT gym look not further this is the gym for you.

  If you're looking for a new gym home, you've come to the right place. I just joined after recently moving into the area, and the staff here is amazing. They genuinely care about the members, and really mean it when they say they care about our results.
