  In the short time that I have been going to body and brain, I feel that it has made such a difference. My flexibility and range of motion have increase and I have more energy. And the teachers are both knowledge and generous With their time. They are just really good people. I hope to see you there. May you have, health, happiness and peace.

  I had an unusual experience today at Brea Body & Brain Yoga/Tai Chi today that I would have completely disbelieved ten years ago, I actually got some relief from my sinus infection pain as a result of the training. I joined about 8 months ago, and I've received so many benefits from this program. This is one of the most worthwhile investments I've made in my life.

  I am very thankful for finding Body & Brain Yoga. Staff at the center are amazing human beings. I am actually working on regaining my health, flexibility and make my body strong. Brain Yoga makes feel centered, happier and more focus. I still working on mastering water up fire down. I highly recommend Body and Brain Yoga to anyone, Teachers are incredible knowledgeable , caring and supportive.

  I was battling anxiety for quite sometime and refused to take medication. While looking for alternatives I found Brain and Body Yoga in Brea. I started in December and I love it. Since then I have had so many positive changes in my life, from no longer having anxiety to better relationships and just a happier person. I recommend Brain and Body yoga to anyone who is looking for health, happiness and peace. This is certainly a great place to start.

  I came to Brea Body and Brain looking to help clear and calm my mind. I was also looking to help maintain my physical health and improve my flexibility. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. I feel better now than I ever have physically. All my tightness and limitations since back surgery 14 years ago are gone! I am better ever to relax and clear my mind. This will become a way of life for me!! I feel better in every aspect of my life!!
