  Love the workouts and the staff is awesome! They are personal with you and your fitness/health goals. The workouts are timely and extremely effective.   Awesome gym! Derek and the coaches know their stuff. They even purchased a 3D body scanner recently, so if you're a member, you can get free monthly scans. It takes maybe 5 minutes and you see results for body fat, muscle lbs, your body specifics, your posture, and even a rotational view of your entire body; it's awesome!! Check them out; I lost 18 lbs and 5 % body fat when I did their 6 week transformation challenge. - Tyler

  Riot is awesome I did the 6 week challenge and killed it. What I liked the most was I never went hungry once. The coaches really did their homework on the meals. I would recommend anyone to do their 6 week challenge. The programming is awesome as well. I loved how they hit different parts of the body through the week. If you are looking for a CROSSFIT gym look not further this is the gym for you.
