  It's dirty and rundown. I understand it's under construction (was not aware when booking) but it's to a point that they should not be accepting guests. This isn't the worst part. While looking for pillows in the closet for my son, I found a bag on a shelf containing a powdered substance which is most likely meth. Unbelievable. Do not stay here.

  I was in town for the Home Instead Senior Care convention and stayed at this Comfort Inn for two nights. The room I stayed in was pretty clean and everything worked okay. The people who checked me in and out were both polite and helpful. I didn't take advantage of the free breakfasts, but they offered that with my stay. The free wifi worked fine. The shower was clean and the water was hot. The hotel was under construction and you could see that entering the hotel and walking to your room, but the rooms themselves were fine (especially considering how affordable they are). This isn't a 5 star hotel so don't expect the polish of the Hilton, but it was solid and I'm happy with the experience I had for the money I spent. I would stay at this hotel again if I was in the area.

  One of the nicest hotels we have EVER stayed in this year! The two ladies who were at the front desk from 3-11pm were absolutely sweet and very accommodating! They have me a card with their names & I lost it. Sorry ladies. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable with really nice comfortable pillows! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Boiled eggs, two kinds of name brand yogurt, different kinds of breads, bagels & cream cheese, sausage gravy & biscuits, 3 different kinds of cereals, oatmeal, scrambles eggs & sausage links, fresh waffles & syrup. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, OJ & Fruit water! Definitely a hotel we would stay at anytime we're in Omaha!

  Branding this hotel as a Comfort Inn was a little ambitious. Would have been more accurately branded as a Quality Inn or Econolodge. The rooms were tiny and the beds left a lot to be desired. We booked two queens and ended up with two full size. The only plus was that I paid with reward points. I was expecting a little more from a Comfort Inn than this location delivered. The main attraction of this hotel is its proximity to the Zoo.

  We had a suite the room was very large and in good shape. We arrived about 1 am my wife who use to inspect hotel rooms instantly checked the beds. Both of the comforters had big yellow stains on them. So the front desk had them changed immediately. Because of that incident they discounted our stay. So the staff is super awesome great customer service. Now I was ambushed by construction going on at the hotel so it looks a bit scary. I felt they could have put a warning up on the website so we weren't taken by the looks of the construction. Other than that happy with the staff location and the hot breakfast. Will stay again.
