  This is a new location, back to where it was a few years ago before the building burned down. They do have counter service but typically only one teller.

  Unhelpful and unprofessional. They will waste your time and never resolve the issues that bring you there.

  It works for automated services but you won't get regular service from counter.

  Good location, stuff is familiar with international students documentation and are very knowledgeable about student products from citi. Might be crowded.
