  If I could give ZERO stars I would. The billing department is terrible. Call the phone number listed on your statement for billing questions and the person who answers will have to "look in a different system" for home care. Then they will not be able to answer your question and will need to transfer your call. For 2 months now I have received a bill that I have already paid in full, and when I call the billing department they say that I have a zero balance--yet I still am receiving bills. VERY FRUSTRATING!

  By far the BEST medical company EVER! We had been using them since my son was 25 days old and I recently moved to a new state and have had nothing but issues getting my sons medical equipment here, everyone has been rude and unhelpful in my new state and my son requires a certain brand of probes for his pulsox machine. I called Cincinnati childrens home health care because I cannot get ahold of these probes in my new state even my insurance has been struggling to find a supplier for us, we desperately need them to monitor his heart and oxygen levels and they mailed us out probes and a new cable. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Jessica and just the entire staff at this location. They have always been so kind and helpful, I really wish I could have taken this company with me to our new home! These DMEs out here could use a lesson from this home health care company! When we were living in Ohio they were nothing but helpful, punctual and kind the entire time! even our delivery driver knew my son by name and always made a point to make small talk and really made us feel like they cared about him! If I could give 10 stars I would, the fact they were able to help us after moving gives me such peace of mind, I have enough on my plate with my child’s medical condition and just everyday life with his siblings SO thankful!!
