  They saved my life, that icu 5th floor nurse "loretta" the african light skinned curly hair woman basically nursed me back to health.

  They ignored every request and held my husband hostage for hours. He was the first surgery and we didn't leave until noon. He sat in recovery being neglected and they refused to let him leave or move him so we could be together. He eats a special diet and they wouldn't give him food or drinks that he was allowed to have and refused to let me send the food i had brought for him back. Once i made a complaint on his behalf they finally moved him and we had to hunt people down to get him released. They refused to get him fresh bandages or tell us what meds he had when so we wouldn't accidentally over dose him. Instead they waited until everything wore off to send him home. After having rectal surgery he had to sit in a car and then wait in a store for his prescription without any pain relief because they took so long. Don't ever use this facility!

  Super nice, accommodating, on schedule, did I mention they we all super nice and they're who I'll pick if another procedure is required. Let me know when,what, how things were going to be done. I hardly had a question I got to ask. They kept me informed to a point that they answer the questions I didn't even have a chance to bring up.

  Slloooowwww!!! First surgery of the day. In recovery by 1030. No room for overnight stay for hours! Ridiculous! I jave been here with my Mother for 13 hours now and can't spend time with her because they can't get it together!

  avoid if you can help it. terrible service, as though no one here talks to each other, and you will be easily forgotten about.
