  Highly unprofessional. It took me 2 hours to arrive at the bank. Shalanda at the call center literally told me which documents to bring to cash a check. I get there only to be told they can't cash it. This is poor management & absolutely ridiculous.

  Talk about inconvenience this bank is a total inconvenience. I have been a customer of CFG Community Bank for the past five years but they have horrible business hours for people that actually have a 9-to-5 job then if you try to deposit cash when they’re closed that’s impossible. And if you call during business hours and ask them if their ancient ATM machines are working they’ll tell you yes but they do not. Do yourself a favor do not open an account with CFG because I Regret my decision and will be changing as soon as possible
