::I deposited my check on the 9th. They said it will be available on the 18th. My HR TEAM said they did all they could on they end. CHASE ARE CROOKS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. ::Worst experience and wastage of time and efforts. I took appointment to visit this Chase branch for getting a new checking account open, and the behavior and professionalism of manager Noah and the staff personal who assisted me, was very poor. They where asking me personal financial questions and threatening to not open account because I was not bluntly telling them whatever they where asking which was not required. For unnecessary reasons they where trying to make me uncomfortable and pretending they're the only bank in this whole state. Cannot believe such huge banks hire such low intelligence and unemphatic employees.

::The associate banker Benni and the Branch Manager Noah were amazing. I was already a pleased customer and took my 17 year old in to open a high school checking and savings account. There were some technical issues with the computer system that caused they system to freeze, but they worked through it and remained professional. Hopeful they have a customer for life because of the impression they left on my son.
