::Worst banking experience ever! Locations are terrible. After more than a year STILL limited automated banking services. Have to go to a bank with a "Suntrust" teller to do my banking (with no parking). If I could give negative 1 star, I would.

::We are a car dealership who had the worst experience with SunTrust bank, We had a mutual customer who sold us his vehicle that was financed by them. We called SunTrust bank and verified the payoff for the vehicle and took instructions how to pay it off in the customer behalf and have them releases the title to us ( the dealership) . We were asked to send a check with authorization letter that have interaction were and to who to release the title to. After 2 month we never received the title we tried to call SunTrust to check on the title why it never arrived and they cashed our check like 50 days ago, comes to find out that they cashed the check and send the title to the original customer. They admitted its there fault but didn't offer any help to correct their mistake we asked them as little to contact the customer and explain that they did a mistake and the title should have been sent to us. they refused! I would assume banks should hair people that pays attention to details epically that your dealing with money but seems like to go the cheap way and hair not qualified people to run there establishment . Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

::I have never banked at a worse place. This is the most terrible banking experience I've ever had. Their hours are particularly short (most banks will open at 8:30 or have a half day on Saturday), the notary there is NEVER in so I have to pay for notary services somewhere else, people don't answer the phone, it takes days for checks to be processed through the ATM.

::I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door.The customer rep.Mr.Noah Landon was thorough he called another branch to understand exactly what went on with our issue. He got up on his own to get my three year old crayons and coloring book. He was polite and never was rude because of the condition my husband was in due to medication. I was surprised to see how excellent Suntrust is because they don't have many branch locations but, their customer service makes up for it. Mr.Landon also didn't. Leave me on my own. He suggested that I call him if I need anything.☺Thank you suntrust
