::This store is doing a great job. I keep coming back, and find it's consistently clean, the food is fresh and the staff is REALLY doing a great job with customer service. Its so nice to be greeted with a smile and kindness. Kudos to management for responding to online reviews! Let's get your dining room back fully open! Customers will love to sit in the atmosphere you're creating!

::Spoke with a rude male employee. Had a simple request pertaining to a DD order we'd placed online, that he chose to deny. Didn't seem to want to help in any way, shape or form. Then, when I offered another solution, he basically just said, "No, Sorry" Bad customer service. Also, they should allow customers to modify their orders via DD, rather than not accepting any special requests. All we wanted to do, was to add an extra slice of cheese to our breakfast sandwiches, since there was no way to do so online, as well as to add two OJ's to our order that we'd previously forgotten to do. I even offered to pay for it separately with my card over the phone, and he claimed that he could not do this, because there was no way for him to verify that the bank card belonged to me. Absolutely ridiculous, especially seeing as every place that takes food orders over the phone, or even in-person for that matter, takes card payments (without verifying identity.) The way this guy came off, was that he really just didn't feel like doing anything and was just doing the bare minimum until the store closed in less than an hour. There are lots of other Brueggers locations nearby this one, if you prefer better customer service. I can't speak to the other locations quality of service, but hopefully they're at least better than this guy at the Bloomington location.

::I ordered an egg sandwich ahead in the app and showed up around 12:30 on Wednesday and was really impressed with the staff there! My sandwich wasn’t quite ready when I got there which I was expecting because I had just ordered a few minutes prior, but the staff was very friendly and kept me updated on my order the whole time and even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. I really appreciated the service and I was out the door in no time with a piping hot egg sandwich.

::Dinning room still not open? What's up with that? Also, depending upon time of day, their wait times vary considerably. Today the line was out the door. Nobody should have to wait 20 minutes or more for coffee and bagels. Hire more staff. Pay/treat your staff decently so they are incentivized to work for you. Problems solved.

::I never heard of this place until we looked up breakfast places in the area and we decided to go check them out. I'm glad we did the bagels are very yummy and fresh. The twice baked hashbrows was ok. Only because mine was very cold when I got it which was a let down. But I'm sure if it was fresh, It would've been yummmy. Place was very busy but the experience was smooth. I would def go here again. We ordered the Smokehouse Brisket and Farmhouse Bagel with 2 twice baked.
