::Searching the website allowed me to narrow down the models I wanted to look at. After requesting more information and making an appointment to come in my salesman Darrell provided me with all the options in the range I was looking in and the exact vehicle I wanted. Financing was painless and I was provided with all the warranty options. Update: My recent service visit resulted in the loss of the diagnostic service access port cover under the dash. Otherwise excellent service.

::Real pleasant experience buying our X3 with BMW of Dallas. Negotiation was simple and quick. Thanks to Tarah Land and Francis Reyes. They made the whole experience stress free and to the point. We were trying hard to pick up the car on a convenient time but too much was gong on at that time. But Francis delivered the car 200 miles from the dealership and brought the car to our door steps. It made such a huge difference and we are so happy with our new car. Loving it so far. Thanks to BMW of Dallas and their excellent sales team! Will buy again from them any day.

::Alejandro did an amazing job and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we found the perfect BMW. He was patience and never pressured us. The staff stayed late (like until midnight) on a Friday night to finish our deal. When we returned the next day the Genius staff spent over an hour with us educating us on all the bells and whistles of our new X5. Great job BMW of Dallas!

::My car was to be professionally detailed. When it was brought to me the service associate opened the driver door and there was still trash in the door pocket. Completely FULL of trash. The cup holders had not been cleaned, the trunk had clearly not been opened and there were water spots all over the car. I paid 200.00 for a 20.00 car wash! UPDATE: As requested by BMW of Dallas management I did reach out to them and was promised that they were extremely sorry for the experience and they strived for excellent customer service. They wanted to "make this right" were the exact words they used. They offered to bring a car to my home, pick up my car and conduct a proper detail on the car and then return it to me. We agreed they would come to my house with a loaner car on April 18, pick up my car and return it the next day so I would not be inconvenienced in any way. They never showed up, I am still waiting! Seriously BMW of Dallas? What you need to do is put your entire company through a customer service program. Let me know, I am happy to help!

::I leased a 2018 5 Series from BMW of Dallas and I had a great experience. Many thanks to Eric who helped me through out the buying process. He was very friendly and patient and was determined to help me in the best possible way. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for and gave me a great deal on it. Loving the car as well. I would recommend this dealership. My only advise for this dealership would be to make the place a bit more attracting/welcoming, not to say it's not. But for being a BMW dealership, it could look a bit more opulent. And I think they are already working on expanding it.
