::Owner, Scott Richards, was very helpful. He provided me with information on getting assistance from Crysler Customer Service to cover a portion of the repairs to my Town and Country Mini Van even though I had already repaired my mini van somewhere else for more than what he would have estimated. I would say Mr. Richards is a man of integrity. I won't say where I did take my vehicle but I regret not taking my vehicle to Eagle Transmission. I will recommend Eagle Transmission to all my friends and if I ever have transmission issues in the future I will take my vehicle to Eagle.

::Scott Richardson and Eagle Transmission are the absolute best when it comes to car repairs! Scott is everything that you want when dealing with a repair shop--super nice, honest and fair. I recently took my Mini Cooper in and Scott was upfront and told me that the car was not worth repairing given its current condition. Then he very patiently worked with me while I figured out what to do with my car now that it was no longer running. He is always available when you call. And the guys in the shop are also great. They are always ready to help--even when I wasn't spending any money for repairs there! I can't say enough great stuff about this place. You can't go wrong taking your car to Scott at Eagle Transmission on Inwood!

::Scott Richardson is knowledgeable about both transmissions and total car care too. He did a great job rebuilding my transmission and repairing my radiator and damaged cooling system. I will never use anyone else for my car repair needs. Also, his prices are reasonable and he stands behind his work. I wish I had known about Scott and Eagle Transmission (Inwood location) years ago!
