::The requested service was performed well and I got my car back before the estimate. However, when I picked my car up the B1 Maintenance alert was activated. I had to schedule another appointment for another day to get that service performed. It would have been nice if they had told me about the additional maintenance and we could have taken care of everything in one trip.

::The express service department has been amazing! Devon has taken great car of my car, going above and beyond what he had to do to make sure everything got fixed the right way. I was dealing with some back and forth on insurance and he kept on it, and kept me in the loop with updates. I recommend their service department!

::Great service! I went to buy a new car last weekend from John Eagle Honda. I was treated like a member of the family! Everybody I came in contact with at John Eagle Honda was serious, professional and helpful; not the usual sales persons being sugary sweet just to make a sale and get an extra buck.

::The sales men that helped me out was nice, but once I proceeded to the financing department things went a bit different. The man that helped my family and I called in a translator and he was very rude. He raised his voice to my father when he asked a question and it was very disrespectful. At that point one felt talked down to and it was definitely very disappointing. The man seemed very angry that we had questions and although they kept repeating that they are the oldest Honda facility in Texas I would definitely recommend that some employees work on their customer service skills.
