  Super high prices for super small portions. Great flavors, poor value.

  The food was good. Service was extremely, extremely slow. I waited over 10 minutes for a bubble waffle. Not sure if this is normal? And it wasn't even busy. Parking is also difficult in this neighborhood.

  Small, and overall pretty cool. They were a little understaffed, but the waitress handled it well. The waffles are excellent and they really fit with the drinks they offer.

  It was very busy for a Saturday night, maybe because it's so close to a marijuana dispensary. It takes some time but the employees work fast and the waffles are delicious.

  Boba is pretty good. But if you are sensitive to temperature, DO NOT GO INSIDE. Outside temp was 40°, inside about 90-100°. I went inside and immediately started to sweat. Went back out and ended up getting sick. 🤒🤧
