  Excellent stay! Our room was really nice and very reasonably priced. 10 min, easy drive to mall of america, and easy access to restaurants. We were able to enjoy the heated pool as well as the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, both hot and cold. The breakfast attendant was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

  I have stayed at many hotels across the states and this one tops them all. It is all in the way that the front desk associate makes you feel when you first check-in at the hotel. Top-of-notch staff with great customer service skills. Once you are treated with great service everything else seems not to matter. Great job with your management and staff. The key to success is by listening to every guests story.

  The Best Western Bloomington Edina - Minneapolis is a nice hotel that had a good price when we booked. Room had nice color scheme. Beds looked clean and felt comfortable. We had no problems with noise in our room, but that might have been because the hotel wasn't too full on the nights we stayed. The free breakfast had some hot items and they were good, but there was no juice or oatmeal on the second morning. But it was still pretty good. The pool and whirlpool were very nice (open until 10 p.m. for kids, then I think until midnight for adults only), but I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels because there were no clean towels in the pool room. The location is good. Mall of America is just over a 10-minute drive east on I-494. There are also the Galleria and Southdale Center malls less than 10 minutes north on France Ave. Lots of other shopping and restaurants are nearby as well.

  The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was rude 😒. I had just checked out of a horrible horrible hotel and had cupcakes to decorate and everything before a birthday party at 4. I called this hotel to try and ask the front desk if there was any way we could get into our room early, she just cut me off over and over again wouldn't listen to my situation didn't seem to care at all what I had to say. Now I understand hotels are busy and they sell out I have worked in hotels most of my adult life. BUT I also know that great customer service starts with listening and at least making an effort! Ask housekeeping if there is any way they can clean this room first, we had 3 rooms booked with them and we were only asking to get into 1 a little early. We went and ate lunch and then at 2 (1 hr before check in) we went to the hotel and I thought maybe in person I could get her to listen to me, she just kept saying nope not till 3 again just cutting me off and not caring. So looking all disheveled and probably homeless because we refused to shower at the last hotel we stayed in it was so nasty we sat in the breakfast area and began to decorate cupcakes, at this point the front desk lady got sick of my kids asking her for things (a couple butter knives and ice bags) and got us into a room, then and ONLY then did she ask about our situation. The next morning we went down for breakfast it was a little crazy with people as expected but we forgot a spoon for my mother's oatmeal and my daughter went and asked this same front desk lady for a spoon and her response was I don't have any and breakfast is over. I just know that being at the front desk at a hotel requires you to have patience with people, be courteous to people and understanding. We got none of that, and honestly that is enough to ruin a very nice place to stay at, so the next time my family comes to town and needs 3+ rooms to stay in we probably won't be staying here even though everything else was spectacular.

  This hotel was wonderful. Housekeeping did an awesome job keeping the hotel cleaned. The receptionists/front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The beds were really comfy. We checked out 20 minutes late and they didn't charge us extra so that was nice.
