::I've been staying here 2 or 3 weeks out of the month for the last 2 years. This is a great option for such stays. Very close to a 2nd home. Staff takes excellent care of us and the hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient.

::Stay was great. Loved the hotel very clean and nice staff. There are a couple stores within walking distance. Very helpful and understanding staff of late check-in. Only downside was breakfast didn't have alot of variety like other Hilton brand hotels I have stayed at. But very nice hotel overall was very pleased.

::The hotel was nice, but horrible customer service. When we checked in the front desk person said, “oops.” We has checked in with the digital key prior to arriving. When I looked at my bank statement it showed I was charged the room rate twice. Secondly I have never heard of a hotel holding $150 dollar damage deposit for your stay. I spoke to the front desk over the phone stating it looks like you double charged my account twice when I checked in. The front desk said they looked and no that there was only one room charge being held the 150 damage deposit. Again when I checked out my bill only showed one room charge on it. They said that the second “room charge” would clear when my bank processed it and that the 150 would be released the day I checked out (weekend). Everyone knows that this security deposit won’t be released from my account until the next business day clears which means two days for the work week. I look at my account today and now have a fourth charge from the hotel for yet another amount. I called the hotel and think I spoke to he same front desk person who started the whole issue. They told me that this new charge was the room charge. So the two identical charges when I checked in aren’t the room charges? And since I wasn’t charged twice, but now I see a credit on my account for one of the identical charges. Right now I need to wait for my bank to process this whole mess and wake up tomorrow hoping to see that I only have one room charge debited from my account and the $150 outrageous damage deposit back in my account. What I ask of the hotel staff to not lie to me over the phone or to my face and admit that you messed up. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to stay at. I hope that this whole snafu will be resolved tomorrow the second business day when all this should be cleared up.

::It was amazing. Every inch of our room was clean. The pool was alittle small. Once 6 kids came in and started screaming, it was time to go. Breakfast was good. I was a little upset they switched the breakfast the next day. Instead just serve both microwave options. Also, a driver for the hotel was hitting on me over and over right next to one of the female workers. Which made me extremely uncomfortable. Having to watch my back and stay away from him our entire 3 day stay was terrible.

::One of the cheapest rates in the MOA area. Located in a strip mall with a few places to eat and shop. You come in on the first floor, go up to the 2nd to register. Process was painless. Rooms were clean and nice. Everything worked properly. Nice kitchenette area. Pool was clean and hot tub was warm. Exercise room was small but enough to do. Overall, for the price, an excellent place to stay.
