  Big location with a good selection, but the staff are not very helpful because, as is common in retail in this area, there is a lot of turnover so staff end up not being able to help you at times.

  I had a difficult experience...at first... It was fixed by an awesome associate who spent a couple hours correcting the problem!! Aaron, I really appreciate the help and time, and I love my new phone! Thank you!!

  I contacted Sprint via live chat on their website at 8:45am, I was told my issue would be solved in 3-4 hours. At 3:45pm, after half a day of not being able to make a call or send a text properly, Felix & George solved my problem in less than 10 min.

  Very helpful and attentive. I went to get an upgrade through AT&T and after waiting 30 minutes of waiting and refusing to get on the Next plan to finance the phone, the agent tells me they're out of stock. I went to Best Buy Mobile, it was painless and they threw in a free case. The associate even walked down to the AT&T store with me to confirm something on my account.
