I went to get an upgrade through AT&T and after waiting 30 minutes of waiting and refusing to get on the Next plan to finance the phone, the agent tells me they're out of stock. I went to Best Buy Mobile, it was painless and they threw in a free case. The associate even walked down to the AT&T store with me to confirm something on my account.
