::The worse customer service i wait for one hour no one tell me nothing at least say they will help me sometime soon this guy he finish with his customer and instead helping me he went to the other worker and then the other guy finish with his customer and finally help me when i told him what i need he was if you need to buy an apple product you have to buy the apple care and if i dontwant it i have to call apple and cancel i told him i check onthe app and theyask for that and he said whatever i want but i have to take it or i can add another line so i end up ordering onthe app went to another at&t and ask for the policy and he said is bo such thing like that that apple dont make customers buy any product no manager show up to apologize nothing very poor cuatomer service please donβt even think about to go to this place they dont care about customers

::Would give zero stars if possible, absolutely trash service and unwillingness to help or provide assistance. I was all set to transfer billing responsibilities from someone else to me, and they made up issues as they went along hindering the transfer. I ended up calling their customer service instead. Terrible reps here.

::We went peak time (after work) and were serviced by Darryl. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked all of the right questions to get a sense of which phone would work best for our specific needs. The process was quick and painless. In addition, he moved ALL of our existing info from the old to the new without one glitch! We looked around to observe the other employees and they all seemed to be quite helpful to the customers they were working with at the time. To be honest, going to a phone store is like going to a dentist for us...something we dread...in his low-key way, Darryl alleviated that dread for us.

::Asked to get a temporary or tourist sim. Checked twice with the salesperson that this was a temporary sim and that my credit card wonβt be charged recurring charges. Went back home and got charged recurring charges. Frauds.
