  Mark was very helpful! My experience at Benchmark was top notch. Mark was able to make certain accommodations for me just to make sure I was taken care of. Great company and employers!! I’d recommend this place to all!

  After searching many Jewelry stores at the North East Mall my fiancee and I came across Benchmark. We told Mark what were looking for as I have never worn jewelry because its uncomfortable to I wanted a wedding ring that was going to be a special order to fit my needs. Mark was was kind and congratulated us on our engagement and got us prices on exactly what we were looking for. The price price seemed to good to be true. We Thanked him and kept checking other stores and the prices seemed pretty high compared to Benchmark. We Talked about it and decided to by from Mark. As I said it was a special order so it took about 2 weeks to come in. It was exactly what I wanted. It fits perfectly and won't irritate me (I HATE WEARING JEWELRY but I will for the love of my life.) When I picked up the ring Mark checked my ID as my fiancee had asked him to since she bought it and it was in her name. Mark also gave me a $50 gift card good for my next purchase at Benchmark. Over all it was a great experience and I will be doing more business with Benchmark in the future.

  Mark was great. This my first visit to Benchmark on 4-27-18. I went in with an issue and was quoted a crazy price at another jeweler. He was so helpful and gave me an amazing deal! I will definitely be a returning customer! I left feeling so relieved! Thank you Mark! Alyssia H.

  I can’t say enough great things about Benchmark Jewelers! My husband bought me a new wedding ring there 2 years ago, it’s gorgeous! The customer service is top notch and pricing is great! Ron at Northeast Mall in Hurst tx has always helped us and been so great to work with, kind and knowledgeable. We have appreciated him so much. This past year my husband went back and bought me 2 new bands to go with my ring! I am constantly getting compliments on my wedding ring. Benchmark definitely our “go to” jewelry store! Highly recommended and promise you won’t be disappointed!
