  I wish I could give this place no stars but i have to put one to write a review but I went here to withdraw some money out of my account while waiting on the actual card in the mail and i could not verify my phone number with them. Anyway i got there and they basically said i needed google pay after but my phone is not advanced and i couldn't use that either. I left with desperation because it seemed like they didn't want to genuinely help me so i left to the one of edgebrook and tried the same and I was out of there with my money. Even the manager at the one on edgebrook helped me get my money after wasting time at this one in Baytown. Avoid this place. These people seem either clueless or ignorant.

  Waste of time to try and open an account. Sat there for over 30 min, workers are not attentive with arriving clients, no one asked us what we were there for or much less tried to sign us in, ended up leaving for a better bank.

  This is what to expect EVERYTIME you come to this branch! Very long lines and maybe 1 or rarely 2ppl attending customers! Cancel all your plans for day cause you'll spend several hours of it here

  This place is a joke. ATM never works and they have 2 employees. Cancel all plans for the day when dealing with this bank. You’re going to be there all day

  There is an walk up ATM behind the building as well as drive thru ATMs near the side of the building. I walked in, I was greeted , and helped immediately . I withdrew money from a really nice teller. After completing my withdraw and expressing my interest in their savings account program , A relations manager met me at the window and walked me to her cubical. Her name was Wendy Francis. She was very nice and helpful. My fiancé work travels often so i have been to many different banks, etc. & this bank does not hold true to their review rating . At least not anymore . They were great .
