  How is the teller not able to pull money out of an account that has money in it???? Only stop for the ATM because the customer service is garbage.

  Dennis manager and Ethan were very explosive in there care for me! They engaged my father and I with Sensitivity and laughter and and cater to our needs the whole time I appreciate them this is probably why I will come back because of those 2 thanks again for hiring good folks or hiring them and you didn't know what you had! Lol

  Ethan, The personal banker who assisted me, was great! He helped me with my original request and asked meaningful questions about my financial wellbeing. He was polite, professional, and understanding.

  This whole corporation is terrible. Due to fraudulent activity on my account they closed my acct. I have been trying for over a month to get the funds from the closed act. I waited at this branch for 30 mins just for the woman to tell me she can’t help me and giving me the WRONG number to call. After waiting on hold for an hour they told me they can’t help me and gave me another number. None of these people know what they are talking about. It’s literally just a cycle of them telling you to contact another department and they can’t help you.
