::I was here for an ATM card replacement. They're so pushy and the guy follows me around to activate BoA digital payment when I've already acknowledged him and his coworker that my phone doesn't have the feature and on top of that I don't want it. He literally walks behind me to see my phone.

::The ATM inside ate one of my $20s it said it was returning it but never did and didn't apply it to the deposit. Don't use the ATM inside what ever you do.

::**This review is of the time I banked with Bank of America (two years ago).** Bank of America has its perks, and this location has nice staff. The staff, however, are given little power to help you. Every time I disputed an issue with the bank, I found myself in the presence of a banker telling me "let me see what I can do". We both knew the answer: they play with their tabloid like they are trying to help, but we both know they have no power to actually adjust or do anything - only appear like you are of concern and listened to. The result? "I am so sorry, sir, but there is nothing I can do". The staff is nice. It is the corporation I am concerned with and the reason why I no longer bank with Bank of America: they subtly cheat you through inconveniences, then throw in the small-guy to help you with something they have no power to influence or aid.

::We've all delt with someone who is not in a pleasant mood, and I've found being calm and polite the best course of action. With that said, I have never been spoken to in the condescending, arrogant, and disrectfull manner by the bank teller at this branch or any retail establishment. To add to my shock when I requested to speak to a manager Eugenio Becerra smugly smiled and and said " you are". I can't find the words to illustrate the audacity combined with the pleasure he outwardly showed in what should have been a simple transaction.

::Had to visit BOA to deal with a check from one of their customers. LONG line, as always, with only 2 tellers at lunch-time. Excuse given was they were short staffed. That would have been fine EXCEPT there were 3 'personal bankers' sitting at their desks, staring at their computer monitors and ignoring the ever growing line. Why aren't they cross-trained to help the tellers when the line is 20+ customers deep? The personal bankers at Chase and Wells start as tellers and they are always wiling to help out. Thats prob why there rarely are lines at those banks. Save yourself the aggravation and switch banks now. You can thank me later.
