::I'm leaving this review because of something that happened almost 3 months ago. I have not been able to get any of it off my mind. Long story short- I had a gun pointed at me in the parking lot of this bank. When I came inside, I asked to speak with a bank manager. I was told that person was not available but that some other (presumably higher-up) manager was on location. I told this gentleman (Latino gentleman about 5'6") what had happened and he handled the situation deplorably. He didn't seem concerned or shocked by this happening. I was so bothered by his lack of empathy that I asked him, "are you not getting the seriousness of this? Have you ever had a gun pointed at you?" His response showed callousness; he responded "yes I have and I never complained to anyone." At this point, I realized I was speaking with a damn fool. I would have probably ended the conversation there, but he did so by placing his hand on my back and guiding me to the door. I have been with Wells Fargo for a while now. And my problem is not with the bank as an entity. My problem is not even with employees in general. My problem is with the lack of competence, compassion, and common decency this man displayed on that particular day. Every time that I need to visit this location because I am pressed for time, I am disgusted because I recall this conversation. If you are reading this, please consider treating the next person like you might treat a friend or someone you care for. This world could benefit from a little better judgement.

::I was supposed to start moving apartments today. Because of work and traffic I ended up getting to this branch with only 2 minutes until they close at 6. Except they are too lazy to actually stay open until 6. The security guard has already closed the door. I spoke to Diana Lopez and tried to convince her to let me in to get the money order I needed. She lied and said there was nothing she could do and told me it would "be okay." Well maybe she'd be okay with reimbursing me the money I just lost and the extra time I'll have to spend now that my move got set back a day. She was rude and lazy and with customer service like that, why even choose a bank that has brick and mortar branches? I'm probably done with Wells Fargo after 16 years of loyalty. They're losing my checking, savings, credit, and the home loan I was considering doing with them. And they can thank Diana Lopez for it.

::This Wells Fargo branch is the reason that I will be closing my account with Wells Fargo. I went to this location to deposit a check that I had, as soon as I opened the door I was greeted by a bank representative (that was nice). I stood in line while 3 tellers help a line full of people trying to do their banking and 6 "personal bankers" stood behind them watching everything. After about 20 minutes of waiting a customer in front of me walked up to the window and asked if someone else would be able to help the people in line. The customer was told that the "personal bankers" are there to help the customers with account issues not deposits or withdraws. The customer replied "well me waiting in line for my lunch is getting to be a account issue"! and the person walked away from the customer. After about another 15 minutes it was my turn to be helped. I walked up to the teller and said hello, the teller didn't even reply. I swiped my card to access my account and after that the teller starts talking to me in Spanish asking me how they could help me. I told the teller that I don't speak Spanish (even know I do) as soon as I said that the teller looked up at me and asked "why"? I ignored the question and went ahead with my deposit. While the teller was working on my deposit they asked if I would like to open a savings account and I responded "no thank you, I dont need one" and they took it as if I was trying to argue with they and they started telling me I need a savings account without one I will be living check to check for the rest of my life, they don't understand why people don't want a savings account, etc... Then the amount on the check needed verification so the teller needed to call over a personal banker to verify the check. When the personal banker walked up they and introduced them self professionally which was nice and then the first thing out of their mouth was how about we go open a savings account for you, again I responded "no thank you, I dont need one" right then the teller and banker started talking Spanish to each other about how the teller already asked and I said no. Then the teller started telling the banker how they can not believe that Im Latino and don't speak Spanish, how disrespectful I am to my couture and how Im a whitewash Mexican. Its bad when other customers are hearing this and looking at me like they want to say something. At that point is when I told them that I understood and heard everything that they said. Their mouths dropped and the personal banker walked. There is NO reason anyone should be treated/talked about like that especially at a place of business. Again this is the reason I will be closing my Wells Fargo account that I had for 14 years.
