::Manager has a big butt. Mexican ladies are nice.I hate the chubby nerdos who start uncomfortable conversations..the men lack presentation and shouldn't work there.

::This branch has had horror stories through the years, from stealing a $100 bill claiming it was counterfeit without a follow up. When pushed for an explanation you get a simple "we don't know" Stealing about $5000.00 and NOT giving an honest explanation, just speculation. I also heard from another customer that they were a victim of an Inside job of embezzlement of about $25,000 in 2002. Not once but again months later. Hoping the bank goes out of business and the customers get smart and go elsewhere to an honest bank if there is such an animal. Hope you don't have to learn the hard way.

::My husband, our real estate agent (who is also a lawyer) and I went to this bank to meet with a notary. My license had my maiden name on it and so I brought two witnesses to sign with me. A woman named Silvia, who was the notary, was extremely rude from the beginning as we explained it to her. She said she personally does not do that and used the rudest, condescending tone with us. My family and I were completely put off. Our agent stepped in to nicely explain that that's usually how it's done and it's okay to do it that way and again, Silvia was extremely rude. We went across the street and got it done immediately after that. We will never visit this bank again and if you need a notary, absolutely do not go to Silvia.

::I came here to cash a check made out to me by Verizon rebate. The teller asks for 2 forms of ID because I don't bank there, so I give that to her. And then she asked me to endorse it, so I do. I'm then asked to put my fingerprint on the front of the check and I do that as well. After all is said and done and I'm ready to receive my cash, she tells me there's a $7.50 charge because I don't bank there. Now this idiot teller should have told me that right from the get-go and I would have turned and walked. I don't bank there but the company that wrote the check does. Now I have a check signed on the back, with my fingerprint on the front and it specifically says on the back of the check "no third party signatures". That's what I was trying to avoid! Thanks Wells Fargo, thanks for nothing.
