The manager was a real One. Wants to charge me 83 cents to fill my OWN bottle of water. What a jerk. If this is company policy, even more shame on you Auntie Anne’s.

One star because it's food, two stars because it's fast when you need to get a train. This place always smells good and looks good, but every time I'm starving on the way home and am drawn in by the smell of fresh bread, the food is a greasy, over salted and yet flavorless struggle to get down my gullet. I don't know if it's the franchise or the location since I've never had auntie annes elsewhere. You would guess that sauce would improve things, but the two I tried were like dipping my poor excuse for a snack into a soup of viscous chemicals. The "honey mustard" tastes like super sweet chemicals. The "cheese sauce" tastes like super salty chemicals. No hint of honey, or mustard, or cheese in the mix. To make things worse, its almost 7 bucks for a pretzel dog and a sauce. Unfortunately, no one reads reviews of places they're trying to hit up in 3 minutes before the train leaves, so this will probably be a useless review.

Ridiculously high prices for ridiculously bad pretzels. Paid 4$ for an oily, tasteless, improperly cooked pretzel. Avoid at all costs.
