  I don’t mumble. They messed up half my first order. My drink was wrong, my daughter’s never got ordered so I went to order again and they acted as if they never heard of the Crystal Ball. I had to repeat myself. Service is so slow, but then again I am used to Japanese efficiency. I still gave three stars because I understand that food service is difficult

  This review is for the small Starbucks as you enter the main hall. I ordered a soya latte due to being lactose intolerant and I always check and double check that the milk used is soya, even saying that i am allergic to the protein in cows milk and the staff (who were very rude rolling there eyes and answer is awful sarcastic tones) confirmed it was soy. Well it definitely wasn't soy milk as I spent the next four hours on a bus to my next location with my head it the toilet throwing up. I have come out in a rash all over and it's still present 2 days later. I am still suffering with sickness and generally feeling unwell which is ruining my holiday! Awful awful place. Rude staff who do not care and have no manners. The way the staff reacted to asking for a coffee was unbelievable. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

  If you want great service go to Nicole! She is so nice, and makes my coffee perfectly! Its nice to see a smiling nice person first thing in the morning. Thank you Nicole!!

  Oh my goodness this is the worst Starbucks! Horrible customer service! I've been to this location (next to trains) off and on the past 3-4 years. I give up! I tried revisiting it randomly to give them chances to improve. There must be something with the management that causes poor staff training and selection.

  I believe there are 2 Starbucks . @ Union Station.. the one downstairs, next to the train gates is medium size, efficient and the staff is nice... the upper one is in the main hall, this location is much nicer. Its the same quality or non quality, that depends on your tastes. For me it is like coming home, sitting down, sipping on a cup of hot coffee and reading, thats what i am looking for... and that is what starbucks gives me without the hazzle and buzzle....
