  Bought an IPhone X from this store, phone was 3 days old and somehow froze up and was not working. Went into store and was inconvenient by employee telling me someone else had the same problem. (Didn’t care bc it didn’t help my problem) He told me a customer of AT&T for numerous years that there is nothing he could do. Never even tried to look at the phone. I had to go to Apple to wait 2 hours to be seen. So annoyed that day! I work 2 jobs and don’t have 3 hours to waste on a brand new phone that should have been working! On top of it all i paid 45 dollars for a screen protector and was told that the bubles would come out in 2 days!! Thank you Danielle Bc the bubbles are still on my phone! Upset with AT&T and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! Shouldn’t have left Verizon!

  Wouldn't walk in here if my life depends on it. Service sucks they where late on opening and not even the manager was able to help me. Ended up going to another AT&T on the island to get a new phone

  Switched from t-mobile to AT&T, Mario is excellent. He is very attentive to my needs and what I am looking for with my service, excellent product knowledge and very willing to list out pros and cons of devices and services offered.
