  I come here for all my electronic needs for my house, from myTV, to my cellphone... I prefer for bigger items to order online I find more discounts and it's easier for my to have it delivered. But if I'm unsure of an item I will go into the store and take a look or ask someone for help

  Google won't allow zero stars but this location earned -5 stars. Terrible customer service. The Black guy was the ONLY one who offered to assist me after I wandered helplessly arpund the store for 10 minutes. THEN some manager (I presume as her shirt looked different than the others *rolling my eyes*) called him away, ordered him to do something else and left me stranded. Go there when you feel like paying money to be ignored. Screw this location in all it's blue and yellow glory!!

  Horrible customer service in Staten Island. Management seem less interested in correcting this problem and more interested in deflecting complaints and protecting employees. It seems Best Buy will get away with this until they have some real competition. I can't wait for another electronic retailer to open so I can go there.

  Bought an open box MacBook and it was locked with the previous customer’s Apple ID and password... Took the laptop back to the store and the Manager was very kind enough to assist me with the issue and gave me a free upgrade to a new MacBook... Definitely recommends this store for the amazing customer service... Even before I purchased, the sales representatives were providing adequate information but won’t pressure you to buy the product... They tell you the good and bad of each and helps you to make the decision without pressure to buy one over the other... Highly recommends...
