::I see that this location has a pretty good bunch of reviews, but my experience was anything but positive. The staff added several lines to my account which I did not authorize. There were a number of very shady things that happened, which resulted in a mess that took several hours and a real AT&T corporate store to fix. At the end of several hours of back and forth, I was still charged two "restocking fees" of $45 each ($90 total) for merchandise purchased the SAME DAY under FALSE pretenses. There was no management present, though I would like an opportunity to speak to the store manager or better, the owner. This store is lacking competence and a moral compass. Buyer, beware.

::I am not from the Houston area, but needed to go to an AT&T store for a new phone. I hesitated on going because of all of the bad reviews I came across. I finally told my husband he could choose whichever one he wanted. We ended up at the AT&T at 920 Studemont #700. Jae and Lupe were the retail sales consultants that attended us. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly welcoming. I walked out of that store with a new iPhone and a new iPad. Extremely satisfied with their assistant! I would definitely go back, if I needed to, and I certainly recommend this location to anyone in need of some good customer service. Thank you Jae and Lupe for all of your help! It’s very much appreciated! You two make a great team!
