::They lied and told me if I signed up and turned in my old iPhone I would get a $300 rebate. 6 months later, and after spending over 5 hours talking with 13 different support reps I'm still trying to get my rebate. Also, AT&T's coverage in Houston is horrible!!! GO TO VERIZON!

::The staff at this store is excellent. I first went to an "authorized retailer", which resulted in a huge mess. The staff lied, added a bunch of unauthorized stuff to my bill, etc. I thought something was fishy when reviewing the paperwork. I went straight to THIS store, and the team helped me resolve the issues. They were kind enough to actually send two employees with me to the "authorized retailer" to help them recover their competence and moral compass. I recommend you stay out of the "authorized retailers" and instead do business with the real AT&T store in Sawyer Heights. Laura, Raul, Mark, and Nicholas. Thank you! Great people. ::I have had service with Att since it was Houston Cellular. Customer loyalty and customer service mean nothing to this company. I cannot wait to dump att. I have been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to do a 3 minute service. I spent an hour in the phone w att yesterday and got hung up on 3xs. Att is basically the worst. Even the employees here exude disgust for their agency. The store smells bad and the energy in here is whack.

::Somewhere beneath getting a root canal and going coast to coast on a bus is this place. Appointments mean nothing, especially when three employees are helping one customer on one side of the store. Another employee spends the 30 minutes you are waiting by flirting with a customer. And when you look around everyone waiting for help has that thousand yard stare. Like they all know it is never going to happen. Either they need more staff, or better staff. Fire, hire, and retrain. Went to the Apple store instead... in and out in 15 minutes.

::I have never walked out of any wireless provider store and felt like I was truly being taken care of. I have to tell you this location, and Jeremy Jeanpierre in particular was the BEST!!!! If anyone out there needs someone at AT&T to help them go see Jeremy he is the man for the job. I normally leave upset for one reason or another, but this time I felt blessed to have such a knowledgeable, compassionate, and all around nice representative to help me through this process. I will never go see anyone else ever again. Please take my word for it he is the BEST!!!!
