::It used to be my to go place for Wells Fargo branch, but I was not there for two years. Customer service went downhill. You could not get any information by phone because they never answer calls anymore. Anything needed had to make an appt online. Therefore, I finally had to make an in-person visit. I complained to the branch manager Harris, who was not customer service oriented either. He was unfriendly and denies the fact phone calls were not answered after seeing calls made via my cell phone, but stated he would talk to his staff. He was not apologetic and did not offer any constructive alternatives. He is much less than the former manager Jonathan. The star is for the lady teller, who was nice and proper.

::I had stood by Wells Fargo for over 20 years, but today I am done. The broken processes with my mortgage and fees on checking account when I told there would not be any fees since we have a mortgage with them, has put me at my wits end. Closed one account today, few more to follow and I will refinance somewhere else. Then on top of the that, the customer service agent that was working told me she was late to lunch, so I left and told her I would figure it out on my own. Bye bye Wells Fargo.
