::I had a very positive experience in this branch. I needed to get a roll of quarters and the line to the teller was long. One of bankers came and started asking people in line how she can help, and quickly diffused the line. I got my quarters in no time! They also have refreshments in the lobby.

::Both experiences with Julie, the branch manager, have been exemplary! We are very happy with CHASE Bank due their customer service down in SoCal, and now that we're up in NorCal, we still feel taken care of. :) The first time my husband and I arrived at 5:30, thirty minutes prior to closing time, to discuss two charges on my account and to see if I could be added to my husband's Private Client. Julie was able to masterfully do that while having a fun chat with us. She was able to stay with us beyond closing time, and she was happy to do so. TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER CARE. In the second incident, I had asked for her help with the Private Client Arts & Culture card and she said that she would have a physical one to give me. Again, I am blown away by her cheerful service-oriented attitude. I would highly recommend her services but she also manages two branches and runs around between the two so she may not always be available. Also! Very clean, new place with refreshments (coffee, water, lollipops).

::Staff doesn't understand value of time for others. Kept me waiting for one and half hours and then simply told me to reschedule my appointment very bluntly. Why couldn't they just cancel the appointment at the first place.
