::I came here needing a letter of withdrawal for a dropped claim after a phone rep told me I could do that since I needed it the day of. I was told a branch could use their letterhead to provide that. After explaining my situation to three different customer service reps at this branch, I was told different things: they can’t do that or okay, we can, but only the branch manager can and she’s at another branch. I was told to drive to that branch with 30 mins left until closing. The last banker I talked to didn’t even offer to calll that branch to ensure the manager was there so who knows if I would have even gotten what I needed. I decided to just leave since clearly no one was willing to help. Overall, the customer service was terrible and there was a bunch of hiding behind protocols that don’t make sense and conflict with what the phone reps say. Overall, CHASE really needs help aligning their practices and this branch needs to do better. What’s the point of having physical branches if no help is provided? These employees shouldn’t be surprised when their branch closes due to lack of foot traffic.

::Very bad experience as applying CD on this counter. The clerk's name is R** Chen. From the first moment I entered, her attitude was bad, and she ordered the documents to be submitted in an orderly tone. It seems that I have to beg her to open the CD account. After 3 minutes, I couldn't stand her attitude any more and left to go to another bank.

::ATM was broken and ate my deposit. Very frustrating process trying to get my checks back for payment. Branch shouldn't have broken machines!

::The banker at this location was very rude. Instead of providing options on how to handle a certain banking situation she told me that since I did the actions online I had to call customer service and did not provide any additional information. Essentially dismissing my issue instead of providing instructions on how to make sure I am able to manage my banking as a new customer. I will be closing my account with Chase if this is the type of service I will be receiving from branch locations.

::Highly recommend this branch. The branch manager, Vanessa Chan, went above and beyond to help verify funds as I transferred my balance to another bank. While my request was not typical, She took time to understand what was being asked for and graciously called the destination bank to ensure that we had all items accounted (Transaction history, bank stamp, branch manager business card) before sending me on my way. This helped me avoid additional trips in the event something was overlooked. Vanessa also took time during her lunch break to receive the call from the other bank to ensure my concerns were squared away. Thanks for your help Vanessa, you turned a stressful situation into a smooth transaction.
