When I moved in to the property on 13th St in Hudson there were pre-existing damages to the unit. It was "cleaned" but unclean and had to be scrubbed top to bottom. There was even food on the ceiling. I moved in because dogs are allowed but regretted that. I was bit by an unleashed dog. Nobody is held accountable for cleaning up after their pets. The dog feces in the old pool area is disturbingly out of control. You can't even open your back window because it smells so bad. I wouldn't even let my dog out there after a while. The hallway between units was full of junk and dog feces for A YEAR until an inspection was done. Garbage piled up next to the dumpster for weeks. Snow plows come without notice to move vehicles if they even come at all. The driveway is trash. Shared laundry for our unit was a joke. ONE washer ONE dryer and could not lock the laundry room door while doing laundry because it prevented others from doing laundry. Even though with ONE washer and dryer nobody else would be able to do laundry anyway... So my clothes were stolen more than once. Complaints went ignored for the most part. I keep my living space clean and we still battled centipedes, ants, and spiders. There were random water leaks. The place is old. Maintenance was mostly reliable and that was the only positive thing.

Don't try to call as I can almost guarantee they wont answer. We moved to Burnsville from out of state in Oct 2014 into a rental from trikin. It was a nice house but it was filthy upon arrival, food left in cabnets, drawers, etc. After walkthrough we noticed the back deck was rotted and horribly dangerous. Informed Trikin about it with no response, nor did they repair. Dishwasher quit working in December. Again, notified Trikin immediately per the rules of the lease. Four months later it still wasn't fixed nor did they show any intent to do so. Only after I threatened to not pay rent did they fix it. Clothes washer quit working. AGAIN, Trikin was notified immediately. Nothing was ever done. I had to buy my own washer and was never reimbursed nor acknowledged for it. Owner of the property decided to sell the house so we had to move. We had a really tough time finding any place for rent in our price range with the exception of another rental Trikin had in Roger's. We really had no choice in the time frame we had so we took it. We are now coming up on our one year anniversary in this house at the end of may. Trikin has been blowing my wife and I up and applying pressure to sign a new lease since the beginning of April. Upon reading the new lease, they have tacked on an additional $230.00 pet administration fee as well as adding an additional $30.00 per month to our rent. Our saving grace is the owner of the house. Fortunately, he has established a relationship with us so we can call him with any issues. I called him about the details and added fees in the new lease and he had informed me that he had instructed Trikin to renew our lease with NO changes and was upset to hear what Trikin was trying to pull. I also called Trikins office about this matter and wouldn't you know it, after almost three years of doing business with them, they still don't answer the phone. Trikin is a sneaky unethical company who obviously cares nothing about its renters with the exception of whether or not they got paid on time. These money grabbers are not worth the time or effort of anyone who is looking for a good ,clean ,honest rental agency. If it wasn't for the property owner, we would move on.

Never call back or answer the phone. My apartment has garbage piled up 90% of the time outside. Parking lot is just huge potholes. Had things stolen from my car, had up to 6 apartment showings while still living here in one weekend. Dog poop everywhere. I have my clothes stolen from the washer and dryer room. My sister was bit by a dog here. Mice and centipede problem in our unit....I could go on and on.

Being in the industry for almost 25 yrs, I can relate to all the ups and downs of property management. After being a home owner for over 16 yrs, circumstances changed our financial situation and we found ourselves renters. My family has been renting a beautiful home for almost a year and hope to continue to do so for many more. Trikin has been respectful, prompt, and professional. They have earned their 5 star review.

Met with Brook today to view a property. Although, I just did the application. I was very pleased with the customer service provided. Brook was amazing and very personable...A fellow VIKINGS fan. :) I was unsure if I should approach the property because it looked to still be occupied. I spoke with someone at the office, who reassured me it was OK to approach. It was a all around great experience.
