  This is a great old building. It's not a typical hotel and most likely your room will face a wall, the bathrooms are tiny and the hallway has that weird-kinda-like-pee smell but if you want to stay somewhere cookie cutter then go to the milk-toast marriott. The rooms here are really cool, unique layout in each, lots of places to explore. Very convenient, across from the light rail, next to the river. I love old converted buildings. Would definitely stay here again. The free breakfast was decent. Pretty standard but a little better than the la Quinta breakfast. No chafing dishes of grey eggs. Thank you for that!!

  My husband and I had a fantastic time at Hotel 340. We loved the historic old building and had fun looking at all the photos from the 1930's on the walls. We we're able to walk to a few bars that night. We would have liked to hang out in the hotel bar, but we happened to he staying when there was a big charity event happening. Our only negative experience ( not really even a negative really) was needing to be escorted through the crowded lobby by the police officer guarding the entrance just to get to the elevators when we came in for the night. The breakfast in the morning was good, although I wished for more protein options,such as eggs or sausage. That's just me being picky. We loved the ambiance of Hotel 340 and would definitely recommend it to others.

  Suites! Great selection of suites with features that you don't find in a lot of places. HDTV isn't updated to the latest standard. Bathrooms can be small. Breakfast is good! Interesting building with limited parking options.

  A little cozy but definitely charming. I love the detail and the stairs. Great gym access as well. There is dust in the pool or some kinda rocks. I think it might of just been end of the day but it cought my eye. Over all great stay fun to walk around the sky ways pretty close to public transportation too.

  This hotel has FANTASTIC service! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us when we were trying to get around the area. We booked a room very last minute due to a snowstorm and we were so thankful we did! The experience was well worth it. The lighting is more dim than most hotels but it only adds to the almost castle feel that accompanies the dark wood and beautiful architecture of the building. Our room was smaller than most but the character of it surpasses any hotel I've stayed in in the past. Our room had a kitchenette, complete with basic dishes and silverware, and even a cute reading nook (which feeds my inner book nerd). Breakfast was great and walking through the fitness club is a must. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best hotel I've stayed in.
