  I have been living at The Penfield for a couple of months now and so far I am very impressed. I feel that you definitely get your money's worth and the staff is quick to respond and there to help if needed. Everything is secure and the building is kept very clean. Nothing to complain about.

  Great management staff, the groundskeepers are one of the best Maintenence crews in town, and I love the safety, security and convenience that comes with the new 24/7 Luxer package room.

  If you’re looking for a place to live in downtown St. Paul, look no further. This is undoubtedly the spot to be. I have found it to be an all-inclusive living experience thus far. I often ask myself, what doesn’t The Penfield offer? It provides clean, spacious and lavish community spaces, prompt maintenance, indoor parking garages, the friendliest neighbors, attractive and luxurious finishes/layouts, and, most importantly, a wonderful staff comprised of extremely professional, passionate and selfless individuals working endlessly to deliver an exceptional living experience. You’d be making a mistake if you didn’t at least visit the property before finalizing any other potential living engagements. I’ve now lived here for roughly two months and can’t think of a single complaint or concern. The staff makes every effort to meet the demands and desires of its residents and it shows. I worked directly with Casey Gustafson throughout the process of acquiring my spot at The Penfield and he made the move absolutely seamless for me. And that’s saying an awful lot being that I was away on a deployment in South East Asia at the time of finalizing my arrangements with The Penfield. I am confident that very few people can make this kind of transition as stress-free and easy for the customer as he did for me. What’s more is that the entire staff will make this same effort. I strongly encourage anyone looking to move to this area to give The Penfield serious consideration because I am certain that most, if not all, would be very happy living here.

  The Penfield truly has a sense of community, residents are friendly, and staff is genuine and accommodating. Not to mention the building is absolutely beautiful, quiet and full of extras like a sauna, pool, hot tub and large community room. If you aren’t ready to purchase a home but looking for a somewhere with that homey feel, this is the place.

  My daughter and I moved to the Penfield in the early spring and we love it!! The office staff are phenomenal and super friendly. Always willing to answer any questions and always available!! They have events every month for the residents. The building itself is great. Very quiet inside, we never hear our neighbors. The amenities are fantastic, having Lund's right downstairs is super convenient. No complaints living here and recommend to anyone who wants to live in a fun building that has management that truly cares about the residents.
