::Very very disappointed with the pharmacy lady or actually PHARMACIST I BELIEVE, I called to make sure a ex was in as I was told to by the sweet nice staff, a young male tech and a blond young pharmacist. Both of them are wonderful and knowledgeable. However. I called today and an older woman I believe or at least not the regular two workers asnswered the phone. She was so rude, huffing and puffing and trying to tell me my hard copy I left with the male tech was not there that I just dropped off Monday. And it is now only weds. Needless to say she pretty much said “NOT MY PROBLEM BOTHINF IS HERE.” Well guess what. It is your problem because you lost the ex and are going to have to call the doctors to explain that since it’s a controlled meds since it is for sleeping and can cause drowsiness. The younger staff (blond girl pharmacist and young male tech are amazing. Sorry I can’t remember your names at moment!) The lady who answered today 10/25 was incredibly rude and no help. I will call back at 1030 am when the gentlemen who took the hard copy is in and hopefully he admits he did indeed take it. I never have written a negative review but this lady was either having a bad day or just plain mean or doesn’t care. I shall see as I am sure she’ll be there when I go in at 1030. I’ll make sure to get her name and contact the store as well if she is as rude as she was on the phone. That’s all. Other then that. This pharmacy is QUICK. FRIENDLY besides the exception here, and really helpful. Thanks guys.
