The staff are awesome!! I am 30 & some change (a lot of change! πŸ˜‚), and I have decided to invest in braces. I am OCD when it comes to my teeth. Dental flossers are a necessity. I was at work and my last flosser broke. I ran to this CVS store to accommodate my need. The Representative Azan tried to help me find what I needed. He looked the product up, and found out his store no longer carried them. Two weeks later I was in the same CVS and happened to walk pass the floss. I spotted the flossers!!!😍😍Azan had the store to reorder them!! I am just one person, but to have my small need met means the world to me!! I can not thank him enough!!! That is customer service at its BEST!!!

4 reviews 1.0 star rating 1/17/2018 "to err is human -Alexander Pope. I come into this CVS a lot because I work in the building...This is the only reason I spend my hard earned dime in this establishment. Most of the workers are very slow and then choose to be unfriendly. I understand we all have bad days but you have to up hold a certain level of professionalism. I guess none of that matters when the supervisor (Jack in particular) isn't such a gem himself. I went into the store today and utilize the self check out, upon checking out I used cash which the machine gladly took, however once it was time to receive my change the machine spit out my coin change but not my paper money; not a problem because when I was grabbing my coin change I did indeed notice there was a subtle sign over the coin cup saying no cash back... I then thought hmmm!!! you would think they would have this sign over the part of the machine that takes your cash for payment, it would help customers be more alert to not put there money in the machine. However this young lady whom works for CVS walk over very dry and uninvolved tapping the sign, stating that's why we have the sign up... I thought actually you have it down but I digress, she then calls over Jack who adds insult to injury stating "too early to just read huh?". It was at that very moment... I thought about giving Jack a piece of my mind, maybe even giving him a few pointers on how to successfully run a fully operational store, that is always stocked, instead of always looking barren :I, but no I decided to be professional and inform consumers that maybe they would want to consider going down the street to Walgreens, where they greet you right away, upon walking through the door and understand to err is to in fact be human. Just think about it Jack you have erred so many times in life and at that very moment you didn't consider... I work in customer service and my job is to service the customer whether it is an enjoyable experience or a complete drag and maybe just sometimes correcting a paying customers wrongs without trying to belittle them should be something you take in consideration when applying for a job where you just have to work with people who err the same way you have in running CVS as well as how you treat the customer :).

The employees here do absolutely nothing. If you go to the self-checkout (you have to, unless you want to wait until you pass away) you could scan one item and then steal whatever you want. The alarm will go off when you walk out, but nobody would ever think to stop you. I see people stealing from this dump all the time. I actually feel guilty and cheated when I pay for things since they clearly don't even care if you just steal the entire store.
