::A couple weeks ago, I went to get a passport photo taken. It's a convenient place to do so, considering I pass this location during my daily commute to work. The woman assisting me did not know how to use the camera, nor did she know how to use the computer display. The printer was faulty and could only print out one "good" image at a time. I asked repeatedly if the photo was USDS compliant, to which I was assured that it was. Today, however, I received an email saying that the photo was not compliant, and I need to arrange for another one to be sent. This has been an all-around poor experience.

::This CVS is very transphobic and I would not recommend going here if you are transgender or queer. I went to CVS to return some tape that I had bought there the same day and was met very rudely by the cashier Oniesha and her manager who misgendered me loudly several times (I am a trans woman). I was flustered by the interaction and left after I returned the item, but never got my debit card from Oniesha. When I returned 5 minutes later Oniesha refused to answer my questions about whether or not I had left the debit card there, and after I asked a couple times/another coworker came by and said they she remembered me, she got her manager. Her manager got my debit card (the same one who misgendered me) and rudely smirked at me after looking at my name on the debit card. The name on my debit card is my legal female name. The whole interaction was terrible.

::We had a lot of assistance from staff. Super nice person, name of Jamal helped us and even helped to sign up for a new cvs card.
