::Went months ago didn't write a review sooner to see if I could calm down before writing a review but months later and still furious. The owner is beyond rude! Ignored my calls, would send to voicemail, and hang up on me. When I would email she wouldn't respond. Went to class and had the door closed in my face. I knocked thinking it was a mistake. I called immediately since it was my first class I had gotten there 5 minutes early and maybe I needed to be there earlier; they said that they didn't know what I was talking about. I tried again walked into class 10 Minutes early and heard an instructor call me fat to another person. I am curvy thank you very much! I was disgusted by the way I was treated! The first time I called before taking a class they talked about it being nonjudgmental and not to be nervous. I felt embarrassed, humilated, and very hurt.

::Words cannot describe how amazing everything about Vertical Addiction is. First off, pole dancing is an AMAZING workout. In the past year I have seen my body completely transform. It is a full body work out that is FUN! And trust me - I do not usually find any form of working out "fun." It can seem intimidating at first, but I have never come across anyone at the studio who wasn't incredibly supportive. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that each student succeeds and feels comfortable, and the women will quickly become a second family. I HIGHLY recommend Vertical Addiction!!

::I have been going to Vertical Addiction since they opened their doors in 2012. I have tried alot of fitness regimens, and I don't have enough words on how to describe how wonderful the teachers are at this studio. I have gotten stronger, and more toned. I do both their pole fitness and the personal training program. Give it a go, as the name of the studio suggests, once you try it you will be addicted!

::Pole dancing was definitely not on my radar as a fitness option. I am not a dancer or gymnast, nor am I particularly graceful. After my friends convinced me to try a class, I was hooked! It is a rocking hard workout! And more than that, you walk away feeling graceful and sexy, as well as confident and totally empowered! Ashley runs a fantastic studio! Her instructors are handpicked and simply awesome! They really zero in on each student and give plenty of individual instruction. The classes are fun, but the icing on the cake is the incredible sense of camaraderie of all the women in the studio. How many places have people cheering for you when you walk in the door? No matter your age, it is easy to get addicted to Vertical Addiction!! Ellen age 53

::I got hooked from the first class and ever since. The benefits from the workout are amazing; strength, flexibility, but most of all fun! The teachers are great and explain everything each step of the way. I can recommend the classes to everyone, no matter what age or body shape. Just be careful..'cause it's addicting!
