    This place has all that you are looking for in a solid program, environment, and atmosphere. You can ensure you will be cared for and put in a position for success. Each individual is looked at as just that - an individual. The programming is not a one size fits all program. There are various options to choose from in terms of how our workout will be executed for the day. The coaches are very knowledgeable and walk the talk. The owners are dedicated, caring, down to earth, and have been in the game for over a decade, which is tough to do in the over-saturated market of fitness and with the boom of Crossfit. They could train someone such as myself, former pro athlete to someone like my mother. They are that good.

    I've been working out here for 1.5 years and have lost 20 pounds and met some great people. Good mix of all ages and pretty equal gender split. It's never too late to start working out!...and you won't get injured all the time if you work on your own scale while trying to consistently improve your performance. They have an 'on ramp' class for newbies.

    In the 10 months since I joined on 3 Jan 2012, my waist is 10 inches smaller & I've switched to L shirts from XL. I'm also much stronger & more flexible. Just as importantly, I love spending time at the 'box' where I'm on a first name basis with all of the coaches & much of the membership. I push myself much harder during workouts when I'm encouraged by a partner. I love the schedule; in any week I probably work out at 6 AM, Noon, 6 PM, & 7 PM at least once each.
