  Like an idiot I managed to lock myself out of my condo just days after moving in. I found UPCO via a Google search, they were friendly on the phone and the tech got to me in about 10 minutes. He then took another 10 to open the door. He was friendly, quick, and all things considered, not too expensive. Would definitely use again, though I hope I don't have to!

  installation of number lock, latch protector plate plus key cuts. Polite, on time, problem solving, clean and tidy, attention to details. On site key cuts are the best service for customer.

  Great services. UPCO was quick to arrive (within 30 minutes!) when I explained to them it was a minor emergency. Very friendly, had me approve the quote beforehand, and the door was opened within 5 minutes of their arrival. Thank you, UPCO!

  After another company (recommended by management company)canceled at the last minute, Upco’s dispatcher promptly set me up for a convenient appointment the next morning. Jose was on schedule, early actually, and completed the job efficiently. Glad to support DC local businesses.

  My contractor broke the key in the lock of my front door. We urgently needed a locksmith. UPCO picked the phone right up when I called, was polite, and was able to service us within the hour. We are an investment firm so it was important to have her be able to communicate with our trade-partener on site, instead of us being there ourselves. She worked with us on this. Once the home was taken care of, she called me right back and we paid over the phone. We will definitely use UPCO again if this happens again. Thank you UPCO!
