The last time I requested a Hold Mail, I got a confirmation number and email assuring me it would be held for the dates requested. However, the mail continued to arrive at my home each day that I was gone. This time they held the mail but didn't deliver it at the end of the period. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday; never arrived. When I try to call to request info, I get a recording asking me to wait half an hour, or I have the option of speaking the confirmation number into the phone, which it hasn't gotten right yet after several tries. Now I'm on hold and they'll close soon. Terrible.

Trust me You don't wanna step in here. One employee who serve me keep talking with her friend in front of me, and stop doing her job for 5 mins. When I glace my eye on here again and again. She move her head back to work for 2 mins. After that, unlock her cellphone and read the chat in WhatsApp in front of me again?? What?? I didn't say any thing to her but look on what she read on her phone then she moved her phone out of my sight and read more text from there. Plus, she replied to her friend too.... The reason of doing this might be having no customer in the line. Moreover, I didn't bring a pen with me to USPS, so I ask her to lend me a pen for 1 min to write down my friend address on the envelope, but she told me that "there is no pen in here. Even pen on my chest is belong to me not anybody.", So I looked at another staff then the young lady(employee) gave me the pen politely.

Brand new location. Some of the staff should have remained at the closed location. Some could literally care less to be at work and of course those are the employees they stick in a register. One lady would not even talk to me and just threw my packages around like it was garbage. She needs to retire!!! She's been there for years and is so unpleasant.

It's not that bad if you know what to expect. 1) it is NOT a post office. If you are not picking up a package, THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU GO. There is even a sign on the door directing you to the closest actual PO. Maybe it was one once. It is not now. Get over it and move on. 2) despite the signs, it is not accessible from SMU Blvd. You have to go around the corner to Warcola. And yes, this is a huge, understaffed package hub. They open at 8:30, and sometimes are a few minutes late. I have never had a problem picking up my packages, and the window clerk has always been polite to me. But I have been behind others who are left waiting (as were those of us behind them) for 20+ minutes just to be told "sorry, can't find it". You can usually overhear some really loud off-color conversation regarding the social lives of the shipping/receiving clerks and the young ladies they are or have been associating with. Amusing at times for adults, but you wouldn't want kids hearing most of those conversations.
