  Every horror story that is written about this cesspool of a USPS station is true. Customer Service is horrible and the place is full of lazy, unaccountable, entitled postal workers.

  Since April 3 I have not received mail till the date I had an issue with one of the mail lady’s on Monday April 10 her name is Latoya I was waiting for her around 10 AM when she arrived I asked her what what has been going on with my mail she stated to me that if I wanted my mail I had to get out of my gate and walk towards her car to get my mail from her hand she stated she was afraid of my dog and that my dog was able to reach over her hand where she can drop the mail off at the mailbox however I do have a gate and the mailboxes outside my gate my dog is unable to reach over to bite her hand.Miss Latoya was on able to give me my mail and wanted me to walk towards her because she was afraid to get near my gate because of my dog however she did get out of her car got near my gate and took pictures and record it my dog barking at herYes my dog will walk bark at strangers I spoke to the manager Miss Debbie at this location near my home the post office she stated to me on Monday afternoon that she would take a look and see what’s going on she would return my call which she never did I called her and her staff at the location did not pick up my call left me on hold for about five minutes or more and then hangs up the line every time I try to reach that location no one picks up I spoke to George on Thursday and he stated to call back at 2 PM which I did but there was no answer I called Miss Debbie today April 12, Miss Debbie said she would look into it and as of yet I have not received my mail I am waiting for paperwork from my lawyer I am waiting for my Social Security card I am also waiting for packages that I ordered online and as of yet I have not received anything!!!!! Very upsetting haven’t got my mail just because the mail clerk is afraid of my dog that is inside my gate, and my mailbox is outside my gate no near her reach its almost been 2 weeks and nothing yet!!!

  I'm so mad right now, I ordered some clothing for my baby girl a couple of days ago, got the tracking number and would check it constantly. Friday came and it said it would be here Saturday at 8pm? Than it changed to Friday at 8pm. So, I checked again and said that mail had came but couldn't access my location I go Saturday morning and I got told thatthe package was sent out for redelivery again by Scott So I'm like "Ok" I wait for the package at home for some reason I was outside enjoying the day I see him coming but he didn't stop at my house, I was confused in why did you pass by and not delivered my package? So i get a email saying PACKAGE DELIVERED!!! At 1:56pm what the hell I SAW HIM PASS BY ME!! He didn't even stop at my house but 4 houses down and left! Now i don't know what to do until Monday morning. Some people say they scan packages before they even leave the post office and not only this but I hardly get any mail at all or it gets into one of my neighbors mail box. I don't know what's going on. By reading all these complaints i know I won't get the package in my hands! Never ever will I get my packages delivered to my home address!

  Only if 1/4 of a Star wouldn’t exist on here. They’be Lost my package, told me twice the carrier stopped by and still nothing. Not even a sticker or note on my door. I was told the supervisor would contact me the following day. 1 week later, I’m back at this location with 9 people behind me. I’ve been here a little over an hour. 1 person working and I hear someone behind the counter on the phone calling regarding her car insurance. Definitely need new employees and a system that actually works for this place.

  Horrible service. They lie about deliveries when I have video cameras to prove no attempt was made. This happens 90% of the time. Then it’s delivered next business day. However, this happens most of the time on Saturday. I know it’s not my mail carrier, but the lady in the van. Who is always parked and on her cell phone. When you call to complain they will never call you back. Sad part is I know this is happening to many people in my neighborhood and our complaints go nowhere.
