USPS is unbelievable! Sent a package to a business that is 1 bock away from the post office. They tried to deliver the package at 7pm. I was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes to talk to someone about this package. Got my info . Tried to call Downtown post office and the phone just rang and rang and rang! No wonder people use UPS or FedEx to send packages. I had to put a star to post this but the rating is less than one star!

Paid quite a bit to have something shipped over night. They never delivered or left any notice that I needed to sign for it. I have been calling all morning to make sure it's still there so that I can come pick it up and no one is answering the phone. I've been calling every 10 min for like 2 hours. I have never had this terrible of an experience with a post office before. 10/10 Do not recommend. Literally go to ANY other post office before this one.

The only thing this post office is good at is losing packages (twice now) and not answering the phone when you call. When you do get someone on the phone, they're very rude. I don't understand why those employees are still allowed to work there. They must have a ton of bad reviews.

THANK YOU šŸ˜Š Monty & Josh. Staff is always polite & friendly. I'm not sure why other ppl are having such a negative experience, but as an author I'm mailing books at least once a week and I've never had any problems. If you go during a busy time you're gonna wait in line, duh šŸ™„. I'm glad they're right downtown so I can walk there and take care of business. @authorcmhealy
