  Do not come here on the first of the month. I was in line for over 45 minutes due to the fact that they only had 2 workers. This poor lady was waiting to pick up a package for almost an hour and she was here way before me. Turns out they had no one in the back to help with packages. Save yourself an hour and come before 11am or be prepared to wait forever.

  i drop my package box monday and now tuesday i checking with tracking number it is show the package not scan yet, but the package suppose to be 3 days delivery max.

  The nice lady Sue helped me get my p.o. box fast as I got my paperwork and id needed for it out. Thank you Sue!

  extremely lazy people work there because the can get away with it :( Twice a Guy and today a woman was to lazy to scan my package that I supposed to drop off for ebay shipment ! Like she would do it 1st time.. She looked 4 minutes at the label... Then after little complaining she put afford to do it ! I already told her also I will buy the Tape for $3.59 otherwise she would never accept it, of course had to apply the tape myself.. Just a horrible location.. many problems all the time.. I think I already reviewed the place when the just returned my international shipment because too lazy too look up correct address ! Pay few more $$ and support companies like FedEx where people still care ! Or there is great shipment center at 7th street, where actually the woman attached the label and sealed my other box !
