::Mailed someone elses mail to us accidently. When we sent it back in, they sent it BACK because their wasn't the right amount of stamps. Um, what? It was YOUR fault for sending it to us in the first place. Also, our mailman was very rude, when we asked him not to trample our lawn.

::Had to get out tax payments at last second. Postal officer Porsche was extremely helpful and patient as I struggled to fill out the various certified mail forms. She made sure that I sent everything correctly and even reminded me not to leave my wallet behind, which I almost did. Nice to get help when you need it. They have a tough job and customers are often harried and impatient, but no need to take it out on the postal service team.

::What a damn joke every holiday season these hired subs create such unexpected latency in the packages have had several packages arrive on time this week even with the holidays a few days away I've had many packages arrive on time according to their tracking.. last 2 packages which went through Minneapolis where held up a day longer than expected just at that location. Paid for 2 day shipping which will turn into 5 by the time I get it on Monday/tuesday.. Only usps place I have repeatedly had trouble with year after year gradually getting worse.. Stay Clear from this USPS facility..

::Lost my package which had my prescription eyeglasses in them. Apparently the postal worker couldn’t figure out where our building was so they gave up...then instead of dropping the package back off at the post office (for me to just pick it up), lost it completely. I am now stuck with bad eyesight, migraines, no glasses, and a strong desire to yell at someone.

::Never going back if I can help it. Came for passport app & photo. The attendant rushed us through, made fun of us for not coming with applications already filled (despite the fact that I called day before asking if they had fresh forms on-site). Basically just not courteous, borderline openly rude. Medium speed line and I saw the local regulars were treated nicely, the few positive things I’ll say.
