  called this location to ask a question about a package. Chris answered and I seriously got the best customer service I’ve ever received. He went above and beyond for what I needed. If you need anything, ask for Chris!

  Oh my god I hate this place. Packages are a week past their estimated delivery date every single time. According to the tracker they're right on schedule until they hit this place and sit there for a solid week.

  I have been using this office for outgoing mail for two years, the staff has always been efficient, kind, and helpful. I'm not sure who the other reviewers have interacted with. I usually go in around 3pm and although sometimes there is a line the staff is quick and helpful. One time my card wouldn't work on their machine although I checked with the bank and they didn't see anything wrong and it worked at the ATM across the street. Other than that I have never had any difficulty.

  I regularly use this PO for business, it is a busy place. Many customers are international, some are obviously small businesses with many packages to send in bulk. My needs tend to be one-off mailings of a size that need to be weighed and at times lines are long. I have only ever experienced kind, if harried service. With typically one person serving the whole line. Best advice is to plan your visit to avoid the lunch and end of day and be nice to the server since we are allowed to move on once we are done!
